PhonixLT will save you time and money. Imagine having your customers account opened automatically in Sage as soon as the phone rings. No time wasted asking for Account Names and numbers. Immediate access to all their trading history enabling you to quote an appropriate price. Provide your customers with a highly professional, personalised response. PhonixLT is optimised for use with digital telephone systems using Tapi drivers and for single line analogue (PSTN) systems. It can also be used with the Phonix Server which supports up to 6 Analogue Lines. PhonixLT works with virtually all digital systems including BT BCM, Phillips IPK and Avaya. Analogue lines use the CTI hardware manufactured by Crucible Technologies. PhonixLT also supports SIP calls on Avaya systems. Contact information can be read from Sage Line 50, ACT! and Microsoft Outlook. PhonixLT uses the official Software Development Kits (SDK) to interact with Sage and ACT!. rather than relying on "Macros" to send keystrokes to the application which tends to be slow and prone to error. Using the SDKs means we can look up all the telephone numbers associated with a Contact, even including Delivery Addresses and exactly control how information is displayed. PhonixLT is very fast and very simple to use. Unlike most other systems, Phonix and PhonixLT can pop up Sage Line 50 rather than just displaying data extracted from Sage. PhonixLT loads multiple telephone numbers per contact (2 fields for Sage, 4 each for ACT! and Outlook) so the contact will be found whether they are calling from home, office or mobile and whatever application their information is in. Telephone Numbers from Sage Delivery Addresses can also be loaded. The location for new, unknown contacts will be displayed by Area Code e.g. 01604 = Northampton and can be easily looked up on Google using a single mouse click. New contacts can simply added to Outlook and ACT! The powerful Find function can instantly locate contact information by Name, Company, Postcode, Account Reference or Telephone number in any of the applications. PhonixLT Features
